Reproduction made by Jean-Pierre Bellot of a 14th century lead pencil found in the River Seine, Paris, by Haussman. It appears that, following a fire, the stock of a stationers shop on the Pont du Chatelet fell into the river. The original is now in the Musée Carnavalet , Paris.
